Customer Centric Marketing (CCM) team is focused on using extensive customer knowledge about value, channel and offer preferences to design integrated marketing and sales promotion campaigns that deliver a personalized customer experience resulting in competitive advantage by consistently engaging customers, improving sales and marketing performance at scale. We have an opening at the Consultant level to join our Multi-Channel Marketing team within our CCM practice.


As member of the Digital Customer Experience Transformation Practice, we are looking for Marketing Consultants who are keen technologists and believe in the power of technology, data and domain expertise to transform Customer Experiences for HCPs and Patients.

Content Strategy Associate Consultant

Developing standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing across the Brand’s content supply chain eco-system. Leverage AI, technology and automation to ensure content is optimized for effectiveness and pharma sales and marketing channels (owned and paid).
Map out a content strategy and continuously evolve in line with the business goals and support the delivery of content.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess digital maturity of an organization through stakeholder interviews, discovery, and benchmarks.
  • Ability to evaluate content creation and maturity levels and advice process improvements
  • Analyze data from a variety of marketing tactics – web, banner ads, search etc.
  • Lead a team to drive the implementation of digital capability including Campaign Management, Marketing Data Hub, Digital Analytics, Content Management and CRM systems
  • Establish tagging nomenclature of digital assets
  • Develop dashboards and analytical solutions to help brand teams understand content and campaign performance
Qualifications:
  • University degree with specialization in Computer Science, IT or other related disciplines with record of academic success; MBA from a top tier Business school desirable;
  • 5+ years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale technology, content operations solution delivery engagements;
  • Delivery role within content creation, co-creation, materials clearance across content supply chain specifically in Pharma industry
  • Have worked on or been a business user of Digital Marketing Platforms – Adobe Campaign, SFMC, DAM (Veeva, Opentext) and Enterprise Content Management platforms (e.g. Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager), Workfront, Veeva Promomats
  • Experience working with brand guidelines, content calendars, Brand Managers and Marketing Operations specialists and leading Agile Content Collaboration Teams (Brands, Digital, MLR, IT) and MLR processes
  • Working knowledge on digital tactics – Search, Banners, Social, IVA, CLM
  • Strong relationship building and maintaining skills, particularly across functional areas
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organization, analytic, planning and leadership skills
  • Can do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
