Content Lead

Salary: up to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus performance bonus & benefits

As a Content Lead you will create and oversee the execution of the content strategy for Together. You’ll work collaboratively with the marketing team and the wider business to bring it to life through creative and engaging execution. You’ll love coming up with new ways to tell our story, and you’ll actively embrace finding new and creative ways of building the Together brand through content. You’ll create both online and offline content, ensuring it’s optimised and measured to inform future strategies.

As a Content Lead, we are looking for someone to:

• To create and build a strong, creative and robust content strategy for Together across all audiences, ensuring KPIs are set and measured against.
• You’ll collaborate with social media, PR, channel marketing, brand, digital and design, to create and execute best-in-class content.
• You’ll lead and work collaboratively across the business to generate new content ideas and oversee the delivery through to creative execution.
• You’ll manage content across all platforms; online and offline. You’ll be well-versed in SEO best practice as well as writing longer form content and white papers. You’ll have the ability to create storyboards, scripts and work collaboratively with our Creative Lead on execution of film and animation.
• You’ll have a natural ability to convey complex topics in a simple and concise way and you’ll have the ability to use data (research) and insights to generate thought-provoking content.
• You’ll lead, develop and coach a content manager, ensuring the content plans and calendars are updated, being delivered to and delivering to the overall strategy.

Essential:

• You’ll have previous experience creating, leading and delivering creative content strategies
• You’ll understand best practice for creation of online and offline content and have the ability to bring them to life through creative execution
• An inspiring leader, you’ll have experience of coaching, developing and mentoring others
• You’ll have a commercial approach, using data and insights to tell the story of content performance.
• You’ll have rigorous attention to detail & be an expert communicator
• You’ll have the ability to prioritise multiple requests with competing deadlines
• You’ll love seeking innovative new ways to bring content to life

Desirable:

• Experience within Financial Services or other regulated environment
• Having worked in a complex, fast-paced organisation
