The Friendly Chemical Company (“FCC”) was established as a pioneer of closed-loop manufacturing. The Business operates with two brands, Miniml which produces a range of homecare and cleaning products and Good Human, a beauty and healthcare brand.

Scott and Emma have developed an infinitely reusable and affordable solution to the billion cleaning and personal care products that are thrown away in the UK each year, sustainability is woven into the fabric of the organisation.

FCC products are stocked in over 2,000 retailers across the UK such as: Abel & Cole, Modern Milkman, Good Club, Booths, QVC etc. The business is rapidly scaling and the next phase of the FCC journey is to penetrate the online D2C market, as well as develop the product range into adjacent categories.

The role:

We are looking for a dynamic, talented and passionate Junior Content Creator to create and maintain organic content across various social media platforms, online publications and our website.

You will be responsible for producing content for various platforms, supporting our online community, establishing the brand’s tone of voice and optimising user engagement.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent creative production and communication skills,

Ultimately, you will oversee all marketing content and product initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and awareness.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Producing organic and paid social media content, email and website copy
  • Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and users engagement metrics
  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
  • Communicating with online community and liaising with consumers

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Strong Photography and Graphic design skills
  • Effective editing skills and proficiency in technical software
  • Ability to deliver creative web content
  • Experience in SEO writing and analytics
  • Hands on experience developing content across social media platforms
