Job Purpose:
European Content & Copywriter is responsible writing and delivering excellent creative copy, corporate writing, audio scripts and well as concepts for different types of integrated marketing campaigns and programmes from concept to finish product.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Market Share:Market Share Growth by channel, category and vendor versus prior year

P&L:Revenue and margin delivery vs plan, marketing income & profit

Vendor & Customer Engagement: Vendor & customer feedback and customer capability & breadth target achievement
Accountabilities:
  • Taking the Programme or Campaigns core message and target audience, brainstorming visual and copy ideas, writing and presenting options, modifying copy and overseeing the production phase and any translation services required to deliver the copy in multiply languages
  • Digital: Delivering innovative and relevant Digital content
  • Collateral: Work with designers to creative strong creative concepts for promotions and other collateral materials
  • Social: Create copy with exceptional cut through on all social platforms.
  • Developing & Monetising European Content and Copywriting as a Marketing Services
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years + International content and copywriting experience
  • Preferably degree educated in advertising. Design or related subject
  • Journalistic experience
  • Highly creative and imaginative, and curious about vendor’s products and services
  • Skilled in writing clear concise and grammatically correct copy
  • Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets
  • Highly organised self-motivated and well organised
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent writing for all types of media
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Knowledge of managing & working with Translation Services providers
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and pressured environment
  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships across teams
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Use to working within budgets
  • Possess good leadership, people and project management skills
  • Awareness of all aspects of B2B marketing practice especially the successful planning, execution and reporting for multiple parallel marketing campaigns
  • Interested in; Commerce and popular culture and new advertising trends and techniques
  • Interested in; Understand why loyal customers buy certain products
  • Interested in; Competitor activities and successful campaigns being delivered by other Distributors and Vendors.
