We have an exciting opportunity for early-career EIA professionals to join an award winning consultancy as Consultant EIA Planner in their dynamic Cardiff team.

With a strong client base and diverse portfolio of EIA projects to be involved with, you’ll be involved in day-to-day EIA project co-ordination, drafting text for Scoping Reports, EIA Reports and Environmental Statements (ES); supporting technical specialists, co-ordinating EIA Report/ ES review work and providing input to review reports.

Location, Salary & Benefits:

This role will be based out of the Cardiff office, with the company offering very attractive hybrid and flexible working options including the option to WFH 3 days per week and flexible / reduced working hours if desired.

Salary for this role is circa £23,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits including:

About you:

To apply for this role you will need to hold a relevant degree and/or professional qualification, with least 1 year post-graduate experience in Environmental Impact Assesement work

You’ll also need an interest / knowledge in environmental issues relating to development and a commitment to your own professional development.

You’ll be highly organised with excellent report writing skills and great communication / collaboration.

A working knowledge of GIS, the UK planning system and development consenting are also highly desirable.
