This position is based in our East Scotland Office, Bathgate. Reporting to the Construction Director. Responsible for general administration duties within department. Dealing Site Management Teams and Customers via telephone and email. Compilation of reports on a weekly basis.

Qualifications / Experience

Experience within a Customer Service background would be preferable. Previous experience of COINS based software package is essential as is a confident telephone manner to ensure excellent communication with Customers and Site Staff.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, able to prioritise workloads efficiently and attention to detail. Excellent IT skills.
