Connectivity Project Coordinator wanted!

Our client, an award winning telecommunications company based in Truro are looking for a Connectivity Project Coordinator to join their team. The Company offers a product range that includes telephone systems, lines, calls, and broadband. Your main role will be to process and manage new orders for services and products through to completion across their portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring orders are processed accurately within the guidelines of the product set ordered.
  • Communicating with the sales teams and the customers.
  • Ensure all necessary information is collated and correct.
  • Validating charges and applying these to customer accounts to provide accurate billing.
  • Placing orders with their suppliers.
  • Administrative tasks required in support of the large customer base.
  • To help with any other tasks or project that may be required from time to time.

Previous administrative experience would be advantageous with knowledge of the Microsoft package with a focus on Excel skills.

The working hours are from Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and 9am – 5pm on Fridays. This is a full time permanent position.

Salary per annum is £17,000 – £20,000 depending on relevant qualifications & experience.
