What will you be doing?
Working across the business, our Compliance Monitoring Managers play a key role in assessing and strengthening internal processes and controls to ensure Vodafone is meeting its obligations.
As part of the Compliance Monitoring Team, you will assess the business against a diverse range of regulatory requirements, contractual commitments and internal policies. Primarily focusing on Financial Service compliance and Financial Crime, you will drive delivery of a robust compliance monitoring framework and promote our culture of delivering good customer outcomes. This involves evaluating areas of the UK business for compliance, writing reports, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Of This Role Are
- Manage and deliver the monitoring plan, including quarterly risk assessment updates.
- Provide senior management with independent data-driven assessments of compliance levels and control effectiveness.
- Identify compliance gaps and control weaknesses, agree corrective actions, and hold senior management to account for delivery.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to align activities and share information.
- Highlight opportunities for process improvement and simplification.
- Support ad hoc projects as and when required.
- Solid understanding and experience of regulatory principles and risk management for financial services.
- Experience operating a regulatory compliance / assurance framework.
- Strong analytical, written and communication skills.
- Appropriate compliance qualifications or equivalent experience.
