Location: RomfordSalary: £20,000Working for an established and highly respected Financial Services company, you will be reporting to the Operations Director and will be responsible for the administration of the day-to-day tasks for the Operations, Complaints and Compliance function of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all company policies and procedures.Work with the team to continuously identify areas for improvement and provide potential solutions to the company.Assist the company’s complaints function ensuring all complaints received by thecompany are handled and recorded in accordance with regulation and company bestEnsure all formal complaints are captured fully and recorded on the company’scomplaints log.Log any Data Protection Breaches as appropriate.Maintain the Compliance and Complaints email inboxes.Allocate verbal complaints and compliance emails on a daily basis when received.Request Redress Cheques/Payments for the Compliance and Complaints Teams.Compile Financial Ombudsman Service Files on a daily basis.Logging gift and Hospitality and any Conflicts of interest.Skills And CompetenciesA Good level of IT Literacy and Administrative SkillsAbility to work to deadlines.Good personal organisation skills.Work easily as part of a team.Good timekeeping and presentation of self and work.Ability to work under pressure.QualificationsEducated to A-Level / GCSE level
