Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership and management of the Denbighshire Community Mental Health Teams, providing services to patients in accordance with agreed objectives, targets, quality standards, controls and resource constraints.
Within this role you will manage existing team managers to support the delivery of community mental health services in Denbighshire. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the transformation of services whilst supporting day to day functioning of a Community Mental Health Service.
As part of the role will continue to ensure a high standard of care and treatment for patients and to work with other members of the team and other agencies to best meet the patients’ health and social needs.
You will play an active role in the development of services in line with the Together for Mental Health Strategy and will provide management supervision to staff within the team as well as providing strong clinical leadership.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
