Hours: 8am- 9pm, 3 days on 3 days off on a rolling rota.Make a difference every day.The roleTuVida are looking for a Community Care Assistant to help deliver our vision of a society where every person who is ill or disabled and every carer can live well and enjoy life.In this varied role you will focus on helping people to take control of their own situation as part of our rehabilitation service - helping individuals who have been discharged from hospital get back to living independently.You will work alongside care workers and health professionals, supporting the individual and the wider family as well.
