Brewster Partners Charity & Not-for-Profit are currently recruiting for a Communications Officer for our client based in Doncaster.
The job
This is a permanent, part time position, open to 3 / 4 days per week
The main purposes of this role will be to delivering and monitoring a communications strategy that will boost engagement in projects, promote services and raise levels of engagement between the clients, potential clients, partners and the organisation.
As well as this you will use of all social media channels; managing their effectiveness, updating the website and creating a wealth of stories and images that reflect the activities and values of the organisation. You will also plan, deliver and evaluate specific marketing campaigns, reporting on their impact and ensuring best use of resource and value for money
You will also carry out extensive research with both clients and partners to ensure of gaining an insight to create the strategic narrative; ensuring this is both compelling and in line with the strategy of the organisation.
The person
The ideal candidate will have experience of a similar position previously, as well as having a strong track record in the development and delivery of communications strategies, as well as possessing the ability to identify engaging stories and compelling narratives.
You will also have experience of design for social media and web, as well as having experience of preparing letters, reports and presentations to a high standard.
It would be desirable to have a related degree but not essential.
The benefits
A salary of between £24,000 £26,000 FTE as well as opportunities of flexible working. Above industry standard benefits also.
