Our client is a lovely country gastropub in an area of outstanding beauty. Located between Chichester Harbour and the Witterings, this venue is a popular pitstop for walkers, cyclists, beachgoers, and sailors alike. They pride themselves on their carefully curated menu, offering dishes prepared with fresh, locally sourced produce.
We are seeking for a skilled Commis Chef to join the existing kitchen brigade. You will be supporting the senior chefs in ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly by assisting with food preparation and general upkeep with the kitchen, as well as assisting the Head Chef in the development of their dishes.

Free parking is available with this role. Split shifts are included but can be negotiated for the right candidate.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a Commis Chef
  • Can accurately follow instructions
  • Passion for and experience with working with fresh produce
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Quality driven with high attention to detail
  • Passionate about good customer service
