Our client is a lovely country gastropub in an area of outstanding beauty. Located between Chichester Harbour and the Witterings, this venue is a popular pitstop for walkers, cyclists, beachgoers, and sailors alike. They pride themselves on their carefully curated menu, offering dishes prepared with fresh, locally sourced produce.
We are seeking a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join the current kitchen brigade. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be involved in the effective running of food service on a day to day basis, ensuring that good preparation, quality and presentation is consistent with the pubs high standards.
Free parking is available with this role. Split shifts are included but can be negotiated for the right candidate.

Requirements
  • Previous Chef de Partie experience (in a country pub would be advantageous but not a requirement)
  • Experience working with fresh produce
  • Quality driven, with high standards of presentation
  • The ability to be self-sufficient and take control of your section in the kitchen is essential
  • Passionate about good customer service
