We have an exciting opportunity for a Commis chef to come our join our kitchen team. Our bright and modern hotel boasts an enticing riverside restaurant, our BRAND NEW outside River Hideout restaurant, a buzzing lounge, and a large conferencing centre with 180 bedrooms. Alongside an award winning spa that puts the treat in treatments, indoor & outdoor pool, a fully equipped gym and an array of outdoor activities from archery to tennis. Excellently located just off the M25 and near Egham train station, we have a wonderful buzz, yet step outside and you’ll find peace and tranquillity directly on the banks of the River Thames. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food, enthusiastic, has a keen eye for detail and someone who enjoys working with fresh local produce. You will need to be a team player and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience is a similar hotel would be beneficial but is not essential. This role will involve you working a mixture of shifts including weekends and bank holidays. This is a permanent contract based on 48 hours per week.
