Job Description

An exciting new role has arisen with a major UK law firm that is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its office in Leeds City Centre.

The firm is known for working with some of the world’s most ambitious and rapidly growing businesses and has a network of offices working together as one national team, meaning there is great opportunity for development and growth with your career. The firm’s real estate team is one of the largest in the UK, going from strength to strength and so are seeking an additional lawyer to join them. The team generally act for developers and investors through to banks and funders, some of them being the largest in the UK. This role really offers high quality work with an unrivalled client based comparable to major city firms. Acting for an impressive range of clients you will be working on a varied caseload of commercial property matters, the work is so varied that they can shape the workload to suit any particular individual’s preferences. They handle the full range of work including: acquisitions and disposals, conditional contracts, agreements for lease and pre-lets, property finance, development and much more.

They are open minded about the level of PQE, although are ideally looking for someone with around 5+ PQE. They are a market leading team with some fantastic expertise so they are really looking for someone who can really come in, work hard and make their mark.
