A leading Legal 500 firm based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, is looking to expand and further develop its busy commercial property team. Our client offers a professional and client-orientated culture, putting emphasis on building colleague relationships and fun at work hoping to maximise and encourage potential.

If you are a paralegal with previous commercial property experience in (but certainly not limited to) acquistitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work and post completion work, this opportunity could be of high interest to you. Please note experience can be from an in-house or private practice background.

The role would best suit a paralegal with around 1-2 years’ experience that has a track record of:
  • Confidence in case management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team working/cooperative nature
