up to £24,000 per annum plus annual tax free bonus

We are working with a Lexcel accredited, award-winning, regional law firm, who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their busy, friendly and supportive team at their office in Stourbridge.

The role will involve:

• Managing commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold properties
• Dealing with correspondence by email, letter and telephone
• Applying for a various documents with HM Land registry and search providers
• Drafting, reviewing amending and issuing legal documents
• Use of a legal case management system
• Supporting colleagues within the department
• Liaising with existing and new clients

Suitable candidates will have:

• A minimum of 12 months’ experience working in a commercial property/real estate department
• Knowledge of the commercial property transaction process from instruction to completion
• The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Excellent administrative, planning and organisational skills
• A passion for providing outstanding client care
