Working with a well-established law firm with multiple locations across the UK, offering flexible/hybrid working and excellent career progression in their search for a Commercial Property Lawyer in Manchester.

The Real Estate team you will be joining has a diverse mix of public and private sector work with considerable experience in serving clients with the multidisciplinary expertise we believe in. that is rarely found in any other law firm. The team carries out acquisitions, liquidations, and leases with a capital value of more than half a billion pounds annually.
The team aims to provide an efficient, friendly, and jargon-free service. The key to achieving this goal is understanding the goals of each client, whether corporate or individual, public, or private.
If you are an ambitious and distinctive Real Estate Attorney, PQE from 4-8 years, ready to join a high achieving team in Manchester, then this role is for you.

You will have experience working in the Healthcare sector, be commercially minded, work closely with clients and provide efficient, friendly, and jargon-free service on a wide range of commercial real estate issues. Ideally, you will also feel comfortable providing training and guidance to junior and trainee attorneys and paralegals accordingly.
