You’ll be the financial mastermind, supporting our key retail customers. You’ll dive deep into the numbers, analyse complex data, and unveil valuable insights that will guide our decision-making process and optimize our performance.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between finance, commercial and key retail customers. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will be instrumental in aligning our financial goals with our commercial objectives. Together, we’ll forge a path of innovation and excellence.

What you’ll do:
  • Accurate and meaningful analysis with a clear and concise presentation of business review reports to enable effective decision making
  • Support and assist with the consolidation of forecasts and strategic planning whilst working with and supporting the Senior Commercial Managers.
  • Month End responsibilities including Sales reporting/variance analysis/balance sheet/overheads
  • Robust financial analysis for key specific projects with a strong explanation of assumptions, protecting the margins of the business with any piece of analysis or proposal and challenging the decision making process within sales and marketing.
  • Eliminate areas of weak control whilst streamlining work across the sectors.

What we are looking for:

Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure accurate and timely reporting, as well as compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll develop and implement financial controls, identify areas for improvement, and drive cost-saving initiatives that will contribute to our overall success.
  • CIMA or ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant
  • Commercial awareness, thriving in a challenging and fast paced environment
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Experience of working in industry, particularly in a manufacturing/retail environment is desireable
  • High level of analytical skills & excellent IT skills (Office, SAP and BI)
