Highly reputable regional law firm recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Trainee Solicitor or NQ Solicitor for their Commercial Litigation department in Stratford-upon-Avon.

You will be joining a team of ambitious and highly experienced legal professionals who offer an outstanding support network to all their staff at junior and senior level.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties and responsibilities whilst working as a Litigation Solicitor may include:

  • General Litigation
  • Shareholder Disputes
  • Partnership Disputes
  • Construction Disputes
  • Insolvency Litigation

About You

The ideal candidate will be able to work within a small team, be highly organised, have excellent communication skills when it comes to clients and co-workers and have a desire to learn and develop.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or soon to be qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor to assist in a spectrum of litigation issues and become an expert within the field.
