Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Whilst their offices are based in central Brighton, you can be based anywhere in the South East due to the firm offering lots of flexibility to work remotely.

The Role

• Because this firm are growing, they are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Property Litigation Solicitor (all levels considered) to join their well respected, flourishing Commercial Litigation department in Brighton, East Sussex.
• The Commercial Litigation, Employment, Property and Construction teams deal with a range of interesting and varied work including: business debt recovery, statutory demands, shareholder/partnership disputes, contract law and restrictive covenants, HR Retainer issues, Employment contracts, tribunal claims, settlement and compromise agreements, contracts and policies, redundancy, disciplinary procedures and sick leave, final account recovery, retention recovery, adjudication, general construction, engineering and technology litigation, and contract advice, amongst much more.
• As part of the general Commercial Litigation team, you will work alongside some of the best specialist Litigation Solicitors and Partners in the area, as well taking on interesting cases yourself, across Construction, Employment, Business and Property Litigation.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with proven experience in any areas of Employment, Business, Construction or Property

• You will be commercially minded
