Commercial Litigation Associate

This Magic Circle International law firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer, 2-5 years PQE, to join within their Tier 1 ranked City of London team.

The Role

• The team’s global network provides an exceptional platform for handling major cross-border disputes. in recent years they have helped their clients to achieve success in some of the most complex international disputes and investigations.
• The global Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice has around 600 lawyers based in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and the United States, who are experienced in the full spectrum of litigation, dispute resolution and regulatory issues. Their highly qualified teams is focused on resolving high risk litigation, international arbitration and regulatory investigations.
• Within this role you will be dealing with a wide variety of litigation issues within Commercial and Banking disputes, such as M&A disputes, banking litigation, group litigation, aircraft finance disputes and antitrust litigation. You will also have to deal with financial services enforcement, compliance, arbitration, international trade, and insurance.

Requirements

• Be an outstanding lawyer with 2-5 years PQE, and extensive experience in banking and commercial litigation matters.
• Good organisational skills and enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development. Utilise client focus initiatives and monitor service levels of client needs.
