Elmore Court is an award-winning wedding and events venue in Gloucestershire with a family history going back nearly 750 years. Its current owners have transformed the house into a place for celebrations and festivities, that has a wonderful contrast between genuine heritage and cutting-edge contemporary design.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to lead our Finance team, to help create and implement our commercial strategy by managing revenue streams & processing payments. Prior experience of working with Xero is highly desirable but not essential.

Roles and responsibilities of this role include:

Budget management / analysis

Raising customer invoices & credit notes

Reconciling payments & taking payments via the virtual terminal

Reconciling banking and monitor cashflow

Processing supplier invoices & creating BACS files for payments

Creating profiles & charge codes for new Clients, for internal use

Payroll management & enrol new staff onto Deputy / terminate for P45

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £28,000.00 per year
