Commercial Finance Director - Newbury (3 days a week in office) - £100,0000 to £120,000 plus bonus

We are proud to be recruiting on an exclusive basis for an iconic FMCG businesses on their search for a new Commercial Finance Director.

The Role

This is an opportunity to really make an impact, drive change and build strong relationships internally and externally - you will be reporting to the Group CEO - you will have dotted lines into Europe, and this highly visible role will give you the ability to be seen, heard and impress to all levels within the group.You must be a qualified Accountant, you will have a Financial Controller reporting to you to take care of the day-to-day, so your time is spent purely focusing on change and improvements.

About The Role....

  • Drive commercial performance across the business
  • Provide strategic direction to the CEO and Leadership teams
  • Implement new processes around KPIanalytics, forecasting and planning
  • Lead the business through major future growth
  • Business Partner with multiple teams across the business holding them accountable and providing decision support
  • Ad Projects and potential M&A work
  • Manage the Finance function to ensure robust controls and processes to ensure there is a platform for growth

About You....

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability and confidence to present to senior leadership and beyond.
  • EMEA experience
