Salary: Circa £140K + benefits

An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Director to work for a leading machinery manufacture company servicing the oil & gas sector.

As Commercial Director you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial operations, sales strategies, and customer relationships to drive business growth and revenue generation.

You will be responsible for the below

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and market trends to drive revenue growth and market penetration
  • Overseeing the commercial operations, sales strategies, and customer relationships to drive business growth and revenue generation
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and quality standards. Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and financial analyses for senior management.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the commercial team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Set clear objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate professional development initiative

As Commercial Director it is essential you have the below experience

  • Proven experience 5+ years in a senior commercial role within the oil and gas or industrial services sector
  • Degree qualified engineering background
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet revenue targets, and manage commercial operations effectively
