Huntswood is looking for candidates with collections and recoveries experience to join a new contract, speaking with customers who are in financial difficulties. You will provide an excellent level of customer service to meet customers’ needs, whilst also achieving our client’s objectives for debt recovery.
Location: Manchester, in our client’s office
Day Rate: £160 per day
Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Start Date: September 2021
Duration: To the end of December 2021

Responsibilities:
Dealing with inbound and outbound calls with customers with outstanding debts
Handling the termination of loans
Working with customers to agree a solution to their arrears issues
Identifying vulnerable customers and acting accordingly
Working to strict call and debt recovery targets

Skills required:
Experience in a telephony-based collections role, ideally within a consumer finance company
Experience taking payments or implementing payment plan
Strong oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work to strict targets
Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
