My client has extensive workshops and a comprehensive range of CNC machine tools, modern tooling, fabrication facilities and a highly skilled workforce to support our commitment to consistently high standards of product and service.(CNC Turner) - Position Overview- To program, set and operate a variety of CNC Lathes daily
  • Produce finished parts from customer drawings
  • To meet cell output levels and make sure they are always optimised
  • Monitor quality and ensure completed goods are suitable for dispatch
  • One off and small batch work. Working with various materials mainly steels and stainless steel.
    • (CNC Turner) - Position Requirements- Time-served as a CNC Miller essential
  • Medium Engineering in a Sub-Contact environment preferred.
  • Must be able to work to tight tolerances and work under own initiative.
  • Able to programme, set and operate a range of control systems. Control systems used are Siemens/XYZ
    • (CNC Turner) - Position Remuneration- Monday - Thursday 08:00am - 17:00pm | Friday 08:00 - 13:00pm
  • Overtime available - Pre-shift and After shift mid-week. Saturday and Sunday on a business need basis
  • 25 days Holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
  • £14.60 per up to £15 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
