Fixed Term Contract - 12 MonthsWe are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Project Manager (PM) to work within the Clinical Systems Team managing and assisting with development of our implementation of SystmOne across the Trust.You will be an energetic self-starter, contributing to the vigour of a busy, high performing Clinical Systems team. You are an experienced and well qualified PM but can demonstrate how you have used your skills to transform the workplace and the way people work. Your communication and stakeholder management skills are second to none and you will be able to show how you have led and influenced at a senior level to get changes made. You will always have one eye on the customer and set high standards of quality of delivery and behaviour. You are able to work on your own or as part of a team and organise your time efficiently. You should have some knowledge of Clinical Systems and related software development projects. You must be confident and credible, able to influence and build consensus at the highest levels of the organisation.We are looking for someone with great communication skills and a team ethos that can bring people together to deliver change within our Clinical Systems Team, to enhance the support for our clinical services and service users.We Are Seeking a Talented And Dedicated Project Manager Who Can Apply Strong Project Methodologies With a Proven Track Record Of Delivery, To Support Our Team In
  • managing and assisting in clinical systems development opportunities across mental and physical health services.
  • defining and agreeing scope of requirements
  • planning and coordinating project activities and resources
  • communicating progress, issues and risks to key stakeholders within the Trust.
