Mission of the role

As a Clinical Specialist, you’ll build and maintain fantastic relationships with the key NHS stakeholders in your territory, including Healthcare Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders. Your passion and innovation will help to drive advocacy and the execution of guidelines and pathways.

We’d love you to bring your ideas and thoughts too! With your curiosity and intuition, you’ll add increasing value to the team by sharing insights and recommendations. Using your strong attention to detail and solutions mindset, working closely with your Regional Business Manager, you’ll solve problems and bring breakthrough solutions for our customers.

This is a field-based role, covering the North of England & Scotland, you will need to be based in this area. This role will support our Pre-Term infants category and infant formula category including Aptamil & Cow and Gate.

Role Focus

• Develop, activate and monitor territory account plans aligned with the strategic priorities of the category.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to collaborate and drive business growth
• Monitor and leverage key insights, including market data and KPIs.
• Advocate for our fantastic portfolio through understanding guidelines, clinical arguments and stakeholder requirements
• Effective management and mobilisation of KOLs and Commercial advocates through involvement in customer symposiums and educational meetings

As a successful Clinical Specialist, we would love to see you demonstrate -

• Your proven history of strong sales performance in the healthcare industry or your strong clinical background.
• Your partnership-led approach, combined with robust negotiation influencing skills and driving HCP advocacy through clinical education of healthcare products.
• Your strong business planning, presentation and key attention to detail abilities.
• Your strong understanding of the NHS and ability to adapt in line with the everchanging NHS environment.
