Job Overview
  • Provide leadership and line management for the Clinical Skills Team
  • Work with the Clinical Skills Team and Curriculum Manager to develop and deliver a curriculum of clinical skills to meet the needs of the Trust
  • Work with the Deteriorating Patient Lead to provide a framework of best practice in the care of the deteriorating patient (including sepsis)
  • Work with senior managers to identify core clinical skills for identified service delivery areas, and develop and deliver training to individuals, groups or teams providing specialist advice as required.
  • Provide practical support to front line teams with the implementation of clinical policies and Standard Operating Procedures at a local level to ensure consistent high quality service.
