Ambulnz Community Partners is a growing network of local community ambulance services providing high quality urgent & planned care.We are looking for a full time Clinical Operations manager to join our team and provide clinical input and professional leadership to deliver a provision of safe, caring, and effective service.
Summary:
- Fulfil the Clinical Lead role in an Independent Ambulance Service Provider
- Act as the Infection Control Lead
- Clinical Supervision of Operational staff.
- Oversee Clinical Audit and Quality of care.
- Taking of Statements as part of Clinical investigations.
- Qualified Trainer / Mentor/ IQA / EQA an advantage.
- Policy and Strategic Contributor in the senior management team.
- Undertake Skills Assessments and Clinical Review
- Work with the Medical Director to document and communicate PGD’s and clinical standard operating procedures.
- Qualified Nurse, Paramedic and Emergency Medical Technicians will be considered for this position.
- Experience of management, supervision, mentorship, and development of a range of clinical staff in relevant practice settings
- Great communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Understanding of CQC Requirement and expectations of service providers
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and accountability.
- Able to work well under pressure, assimilate information quickly whilst prioritising tasks.
- Educated to degree/diploma level.
- Qualified Training Course to provide classroom-based teaching as required.
- Valid UK driving License with no more than 3 endorsement points.
- Approved emergency driving qualification
- Displays excellent attention to detail and a flexible and proactive approach to work.
- Sets high personal standards and demonstrates continual professional development.
- High standard of personal hygiene, with clean, tidy appearance
- Confident with compassionate and professional approach
