Advert for Clinical Manager for Theatres at Prince Charles Hospital

A truly exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, dynamic and experienced individual to join us as the Clinical manager, managing our perioperative services at Prince Charles Hospital at CTUHB.

The post holder will be responsible for the operational management and governance of perioperative services within Prince Charles Hospital.

Provide strong clinical and professional leadership in the perioperative field to support the Head of Nursing and Clinical Service Group Manager, whilst being a clearly visible and supportive role model To ensure the delivery of high quality, efficient, safe and cost effective patient-centred care.

The post-holder will be professionally accountable for the delivery of high quality, safe and effective perioperative and surgical care delivering on professional standards and efficient utilisation of all the services and being a key player with the Theatre Improvement Programme.

To succeed in this role you will need to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team of staff build excellent relationships through good communication skills, and have a strong eye for detail.
