An exciting opportunity has become available for 12-month secondment as Clinical Facilitator International Nurse OSCE Educator Band 6 within the International Nurse Recruitment Project Team.

This is Band 6 role and will be instrumental in the support and development of internationally recruited nurses who will be working across the trust. The post holder will be responsible for providing clinical and education support to these nurses as they prepare for their OSCE and working on our wards. The successful applicant will also support these nurses in clinical practice following completion of their OSCE.

The post holder will be support the international nurse recruitment lead in the development, delivery and review of the Trusts’ international nurse recruitment training programme. Working across NELFT with colleagues from other clinical areas ensuring the service develops and provide a positive experience for these nurses.

Applicants will need to be a Registered Nurse, with a qualification as a mentor / practice assessor and have significant knowledge of the NMC OSCE process is desirable. Experience of working in both physical health and mental health settings would also be an advantage.
