Job Description Summary

In the ICU, Anesthesia and Operating room areas, the clinical application specialist provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle. You are responsible of configuration, customer trainings, professional services, technical support, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework.   • Contribute to the solution implementation with knowledge and experience of perioperative and critical care domains .
  • Provide domain expert support during the implementation phase, analyze workflows, configure software applications, plan and deliver customer training, provide support during go-live and throughout the lifecycle of the solution.
  • Deliver service offerings, such as process architecture and optimization
  • Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area
  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area .
  • Resolves issues using established procedures.
  • Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  • Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • This role requires a strong knowledge of hospital’s workflows and especially in perioperative and critical care areas. A basic experience in the Services & Digital Application Services would be great
  • Clinical or biomedical knowledge is required, and computer knowledge is recommended
  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience
