Dorset Orthotics Service has a full-time vacancy for a Clinic Support Administrative based at Maple Place in Poole.
The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support. The Orthotics Service is a busy team and the post holder will be responsible for managing the day-to-day office-based tasks such as phone calls, adding referrals and dealing with enquiries, and placing orders.
We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational skills, a range of computer skills and experience working in a reception area. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills and a friendly approach.
Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Working hours 8:00- 4:00pm Monday to Friday at Maple Place, St, Marys Road, Poole, BH15 2LG - Please note there is no parking available onsite.
