We have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Client Services Administrator to join our clients, Investment Client Services team based in Sherborne, Dorset.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the client relations team in maintaining a strong relationship with the client and dealing with client queries
  • Accurately inputting and updating client data across all systems
  • Process instructions received from clients quickly and efficiently
  • Conduct anti-money laundering checks in line with current UK legislation

Skills and requirements

  • You will ideally have experience within the professional services industry, (insurance, banking, wealth management, mortgage administration)
  • You will have a professional manner
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook
  • High levels of accuracy with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills – both oral and written
