Job Description

The key duties of the Client Service Associate are as follows:

  • Involvement in aspects of the client journey, from account submissions to day-to-day query management
  • Responsible for providing a "best in class" service to new and existing clients.
  • Respond to client queries within agreed SLAs, to ensure monthly targets are met
  • Build internal and external relationships to help drive client efficiency
  • Actively identify opportunities for clients to support their servicing needs
  • Identify system and process improvements and raise these for consideration
  • Build in-depth knowledge of various business and specialist areas, such as Alternative Investments, Banking & Payments

The Successful Applicant

The requirements for the Client Service Associate are as follows:

  • 2 years experience in Client Service focusing on Alternative investments
  • Payments and Banking experience
