ABOUT THE ROLE

  • The Client Activation team are responsible for generating and growing revenue from our client direct and classified markets
  • Each team member manages key accounts from our core verticals such as food & drink, Fashion, beauty, homes and travel sectors
  • You are required to manage and sell classified ad space across the Hearst UK portfolio
  • You are expected to pro-actively sell Hearst’s fantastic range of digital advertising opportunities across our leading brands, including display, content partnerships, video and social media
  • Develop a strong pipeline with new and existing commercial partners
  • Develop a strong understanding of your patch and provide accurate, weekly forecasting

ABOUT YOU

  • The successful applicant will have a background in B2B sales. Media sales is an advantage, but not essential as comprehensive product and media training is provided
  • You need to be an ambitious, confident closer with a competitive nature.
  • You will need to be pro-active and organised in your approach
  • A strong, tenacious negotiator
  • Good at developing strong internal and external relationships
