New Business & Marketing Executive

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The New Business & Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the New Business & Marketing team. This will involve making sure that new business pitches run smoothly and that each pitch and project is meticulously planned, managed and executed. They will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver the overall iCrossing vision as well.

The role is critical in helping to orchestrate all UK pitch & marketing activity. They will be responsible for ensuring the team runs smoothly, keeping trackers, reporting and archives in check, as well as being the go-to person for production requirements. This is a great role for someone who is looking for a steppingstone into a career in media. This executive will have a bird’s eye view of how an agency operates and all of the moving parts we juggle for our clients. There will be opportunities to work autonomously as well as within a team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Regularly updating the New Business & Marketing Hub
• Keeping the New Business team up to date by keeping track of all live and previous pitches
• Helping to create a best practice toolkit of pitch process – setting up relevant folders & Slack Channels, distributing pitch templates
• Organisation and being on top of things – catering for meetings, booking people into the building, booking meeting spaces and diary invites
• Keep on top of all reporting internally and externally, and ensuring they are done on time
• Creating background information and ‘pitch packs’ for new client briefs
• Posting on the iCrossing social channels and keeping online profiles up-to-date
  

Working in the New Business & Marketing Team offers the unique opportunity to work on an ever-evolving list of clients – one day we can be pitching for a retail brand, the next a travel brand and then car brand; the possibilities are endless. Recent iCrossing wins have included a jewellery brand, travel company and a global electronics manufacturer.
