Role Description

Our Client Executives work on projects for some of the world’s greatest brands, leading insight directly with clients and as part of a larger team. They immerse themselves in their clients’ worlds to really understand their innovation needs and business strategy. As a Client Manager at Kantar, you’ll work in close partnership with global brands across sectors, from alcohol and beauty to food, retail and technology.

With such a variety of clients, we also have a huge mix of work from quick turn solutions, post launch guidance systems, strategic consultancy and, increasingly, cutting edge research techniques based on the latest behavioural sciences and lean innovation thinking. Our work has global impact on our clients’ brand, unlocking growth through innovation.

Key responsibilities

  • You will demonstrate a passion for brands and comms, an ability to learn and a desire and hunger to improve your skills
  • You will lead various client projects from brief and costing through to analysis and debrief, ensuring the smooth running of research project and a happy client throughout.
  • You will be responsible for the budget and cost control of the project
  • Excellent communication skills are key - being clear, confident, persuasive and empathetic – with clients and co-workers.
  • You will be encouraged to contribute to our collaborative culture, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your work
  • We operate a very open culture and are always keen to provide our people with opportunities to grow

Role Requirements

  • Must have strong experience in Quantitative Research, ideally within brand
  • Ideally full service experience, Project Management as well as Insight.
  • Outstanding communicator (written and verbally), with proven client management experience
  • Some experience having mentored or trained more junior members of the team
  • Proven in developing and landing actionable insights for the clients
