About This Role

This job has accountability for the following across our key and emerging external CPs. This lead owns the business development and delivery as a senior point of accountability s for our CPs. The role holder drives the business development strategy, aswell as the programme deliveries that deliver the strategy and is accountable for making sure we sell enhanced add-on service portfolio options to our customers to achieve enhanced services revenue and overall Ethernet revenue targets. This role holder will shift accountabilities left from MD/Director into their own role where possible.

The role holder is accountable for the idenitification and delivery of enhanced services (VACS) across a varied number of CPs (Customers) aswell as overall Ethernet growth targets. The role-holder will drive up customer satisfaction across their customer area and own the interface into each CP for all business development and delivery . Leading a team of business development and delivery leads to work on per customer business development and delivery plans. This role is created as a key profitable revenue growth position and is key to achieving increased service revenues across service portfolio.

You’ll Have The Following Responsibilities
  • The role holder must be prepared to work at senior levels across their specific customer environment and represent Openreach as an advocate.
  • Responsible and accountable for FND Customer Satisfaction and dissatisfaction score across specific CPs and the shaping of per CP contract management plans
  • To be responsible for organisational effectiveness and the associated financials
  • To build and maintain excellent relationships with key suppliers where required and be able to articulare partner improvement plans to our customers
  • To provide leadership to the overall team and well as direct reports
  • To be accountable for cost to serve decisions and improvement in this (P&L)
  • Responsible for product development throughleading product line and pilots with CPs through to product launch

  • Senior stakeholder management experience
  • Expert programme delivery rigour and governance
