This post is full time, 35 hours per week and is fixed term for year.

CLASS is an Assessment Centre in central London, dealing with applications for Needs Assessments under the auspices of the Disabled Students’ Allowance. In this busy administrative role, you will be a valuable member of our small but friendly team. Your role will include taking telephone/email bookings, resolving queries, providing support to ensure the smooth running of the Centre, as well as assisting with report proof reading and quality assurance tasks.

You will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent practical experience, with GCSE (or equivalent) English Language at grade C or above. In addition to excellent communication and numeracy skills you will be able to identify priorities and work flexibly with others on a whole range of daily tasks. You should have experience of MS Office, (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and a range of office work. It would be advantageous if you also have some experience of finance related administration.

Experience of working in Higher Education is desirable. Any experience of disabilities, assistive technology and the rules regarding eligibility for the Awards, would also be beneficial.

The appointment is anticipated to commence on 04 April 2022.
