Are you a Class 2 Driver* looking for the security of guaranteed full-time hours and a permanent contract? As a Tradebe Driver/Operator, you will be interacting with a wide variety of people in a well-defined and established schedule.

As a driver, you will be an ambassador to our business. You will have a customer-focused attitude to deliver a fantastic level of service to our customers. Your role will involve you collecting clinical waste from Healthcare sites in a safe and professional manner. We are constantly striving to achieve an efficient and co-operative working environment, and you would play an enormous part in achieving this.

Unusually, your time will be split between two key areas – professional driving together with loading and unloading wheeled bins. As a Tradebe driver, your role will be a lot more physical than typical driver roles, providing the opportunity to keep fit and active!

As a driver for Tradebe Healthcare, you will play an integral role in supporting the NHS to continually keep our hospitals and national healthcare sites operating efficiently and overall, you will contribute to a more sustainable environment.

We couldn’t operate without you, so we’ll pay for your ADR training (if required) and Driver Certificates of Professional Competence (CPC). Other companies might expect you to do the training in your own time, but we don’t. We’ll make sure you have that time in your working hours.

Hours and Benefits

We have the below shifts available:

Class 2 4 on 4 off Days

Class 2 Monday-Friday Days

This will include regular shift patterns and consistent hours. Overtime is regularly an option and there are no nights out required, creating you a good work life balance! You will also receive a competitive salary for the industry as well as have the ability to earn a quarterly bonus on top. You will also receive 23 days (4 on 4 off) or 33 days (Monday-Friday) of annual leave per year, inclusive of bank holidays as well as company pension contributions.
