Strategic Claims Specialist - Protection (Death, TI, CI, WOP, TPD)

Our internationally renowned client is currently looking to hire a Strategic Claims specialist with experience across all types of protection claims (Death, TI, CI, WOP, TPD) who can work within their claims and underwriting function and help embed new processes deemed necessary by group compliance and risk.

It is imperative that as a Senior Claims specialist you have broad experience in managing and assessing protection claims, as well as experience of dealing directly and effectively with the FOS on all claims related matters. As an SME across all Protection claims you will also have wider strategic experience of improving standards within a claims function as well ensuring quality, best practice and standardising processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Training and development of other team members will be part of your current role and an aspect that you relish. Ideally you will have a CII qualification as testament to your passion for claims.

You will also be comfortable dealing with multiple re insurers and have some exposure to an outsourced claims model.
