Do you have at least two years experience in a Claims Handler role or similar? Are you based in the Bolton area or able to commute? Would you like to work for a stable and growing business?Cordant People are supporting a Building Surveying company that are looking for an experienced Claims Handler to join their Case Management team.
The Requirements
Minimum one year experience in a claims handler role or equivalent
IT literate and have strong skills to understand internal systems
Relevant technical claims experience advantageous
Good customer service skills
Ability to effectively manage own time and caseload
Good interpersonal skills
Self-motivated With a Drive For Continuous Self-developmentTHE OVERVIEW
£20-£25k basic
Hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Full Time PositionTHE ROLE
Proactively manage own caseload to consistently achieve all relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Effectively handle all customer interactions (Client and direct customer)
Effectively manage third party suppliers to drive cases to settlement with service, cost and timescales in mind
Produce work of a consistently high quality in line with internal processes and guidelines
Operate within, and adhere to, signed off authority levels
