  • Deal with inbound and outbound calls
  • Update the customers and their files
  • Support other departments, manufacturers and retailers
  • Follow set processes

As Claims Handler you will have;

  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Be organised and helpful
  • Previous experience fro ma customer service background
  • Microsoft Office
