  • We are currently on the look-out for a number of Claims Advisor(s) to work for our FCA regulated client on a permanent basis.
  • Our client has grown rapidly recently and are looking for like-minded individuals to join their exciting culture.
  • Generous basic salary of £20k
  • As a Claims Advisor you will receive monthly bonus – average is £400
  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern 8am to 8pm
  • Progression opportunities
Day to Day Duties
  • As a Claims Advisor a typical day will include the following;
  • Answering calls from potential customers regarding motor accidents
  • Accurate recording of highly confidential details from customers
  • Ensuring compliance is followed at all times
  • Providing 1st class customer service
  • Chasing any outstanding documents in order to activate claim
Essential Skills
  • As a Claims Advisor the following skills are essential;
  • Previous Sales/Customer Service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
Desirable Experience
  • FCA regulation experience desirable
  • Previous experience as a Claims Advisor
  • Motor claims experience
  • Great organisational skills
