People Solutions are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join us in our Hinckley town centre based office

This is a temporary opportunity to assist us during a busy period but for the right candidate there may be a permanent opportunity available

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17.00pm (flexibility required)

It is weekly pay whilst it is a temporary position

Day to Day Duties

Duties Will Be Varied And Will Include

Answering calls with a professional manner and taking accurate messages

Conducting telephone vetting and interviews

Matching candidates to jobs

Updating an in house database with accurate information

Administrative duties

Essential Skills

Previous office work is required

Excellent telephone manner

Hard working, reliable and enthusiastic
