Derby

£40-50k + Excellent Progression + Training + 25 Days Holiday (Plus Stats) + 5 Days sick pay + Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a rapidly expanding business, in a role that encourages creativity, entrepreneurship and autonomy.

The business has the vision to transform broadband connectivity speeds across some of the UK’s most underserved communities. This will be achieved by sustainably scaling the operations through the recruitment of like-minded individuals that share the same passion for the industry. The company has set out clear growth plans and goals which include two times growth and the successful delivery of 500,000 homes by 2025.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Project Manager position and has a track record of delivering projects. You will have managed all aspects of similar projects to ensure delivery and performance in line with KPI’s, you will also have experience in managing and auditing subcontractor relationships.

The Role
  • Plan, monitor and deliver projects from cradle to grave focussing on safety, time management, cost and quality
  • Managing multiple projects at once, aiming for the delivery of 20,000+ homes per year
  • Be the point of contact and stakeholder manager for the likes of councils and highways bodies
  • Manage and develop subcontractors
The Person
  • Previous experience within a similar PM role
  • Worked in a similar environment (Civils, Telecoms, FTTP etc)
  • Can commute to Derby Office
  • Full Driving License
